MyChair allows beauty industry professionals to keep track of their clienteles contact information , history and upcoming appointments. MyChair also helps send out mass communications to clientele so they can be easily follow up with or receive information about new services or products.

Let start by looking at what kind of information MyChair recored on clients. You can store phone numbers, addresses, email addresses, allergies, there last used formula, Birthday, Anniversary, and even who referred them and how many people they have referred.


You can quickly search your clientele by using the search bar above the client list. You can search by Name, Phone number, Gender or even look for keywords you may have added to the clientele comment section.


MyChair Also features a Scheduling area allowing you to see all your upcoming appointments, also what days you have appointments on, then take a look at the upcoming appointments for that day. Each Service has a color that can be customized to your liking. You can also add custom services to MyChair.


MyChair Features a Search area that allows you to search for clientell that meet certain criteria, then send emails or text messages to them. This is great for sending a follow up email or text message to a client to make sure they like there new hair cut. You could also use this feature to send out appointment reminder emails as well as messages to promote new services or products.
